Wire EDM of Aluminum Antenna Stabilizer Mount for the Government Industry

When the government asked us to help them design and manufacture a stabilizer to serve as an antenna mount, J & N Metals answered the call of duty and then some. After designing a production plan via customer print and our own 2D CAD Drawing, we used 6061-T6 aluminum to produce a wire EDM that bore a chemical conversion coating per Mil-C-5541 Class 3. Weighing less than 1-lb., our 2" x 7" x 0.75" mount has a tolerance of a mere +/- 0.0001". We fully know our product will be of excellent service for the needs in which it was designed.
